September 17th, 2024 UPDATE: Human remains have been found and are now with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service for identification. The program offers a $150 000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case. Devon Marsman is described by police as African Nova Scotian, about five feet tall and 100 pounds, with blue-green eyes and short dark hair.
