Barbara Stoppel - Part 2

In 1981 a 16-year-old high school student was murdered as she closed the donut shop she worked at.

Thomas Sophonow was wrongfully convicted for the crime.

For years Thomas and the victim's family would plead unsuccessfully to those in power to find the person who committed the murder.

Eventually, the file would be reopened by Winnipeg Police and what it revealed was shocking.

A serial killer, rapist, and child molester stayed on the streets for 2 decades. In his wake, he left victims all across North America.

His name was Terry Arnold. Thank you for listening!
